Our shipping policy

Order processing & shipping

When an order is placed, it takes one to two days for your gear to be custom-made. After it is made, it will ship out immediately.

We use various gear to print our designs on.  As a result, the manufacture's origin may vary.  We print and ship from a variety of locations. Our shirts are finished on demand and shipped directly when the order is fulfilled.

Printing and shipping are not necessarily based on the location of the order but rather location of gear's inventory and personnel availability (as various COVID restrictions have caused impacts throughout the year).

Due to Covid, shipping has been delayed with USPS, UPS and DHL. Further delays have also been taking place around the holidays.  

Checking the status of your order

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check the status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven't received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at cs@fypgear.com with your name and order number.  We will look into it for you.
